Fibrohistiozytäre Tumoren der Haut

Eine heterogene Gruppe oberflächlich lokalisierter mesenchymaler Neoplasien

Zusammenfassung

Sogenannte fibrohistiozytäre Tumoren der Haut umfassen ein klinisch-pathologisch heterogenes Spektrum oberflächlich lokalisierter Tumoren, bei denen oft eine fibroblastische und/oder myofibroblastische Differenzierung nachweisbar ist. In der vorliegenden Übersicht werden klinisch-pathologisch relevante Formvarianten des Dermatofibroms und des Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans vorgestellt und ihre Differenzialdiagnosen diskutiert. Weiterhin werden die klinisch-pathologischen Befunde des atypischen Fibroxanthoms, des angiomatoiden fibrösen Histiozytoms, des plexiformen fibrohistiozytischen Tumors und des pleomorphen dermalen Sarkoms vorgestellt und die differenzialdiagnostisch wichtigen Entitäten abgegrenzt.
