Der Gedanke an Schlaflosigkeit lässt sie nicht los: Menschen mit Schlafstörungen nehmen ihren Schlaf als wenig erholsam wahr und schätzen ihre Gesamtschlafdauer oft kürzer ein als polysomnographisch gemessen. Viele erreichen mit dem Goldstandard, der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie für Insomnie, eine deutliche Besserung ihrer Beschwerden - aber längst nicht alle. Wie Sie diese Patientinnen und Patienten trotzdem erfolgreich therapieren können, lesen Sie in diesem Beitrag.
