A 19-year-old man was referred to our department for routine cardiologic check up before admission to the army. He reported no previous complaints or significant medical history. His physical examination and electrocardiography were normal. Blood analyses were also within normal limits. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed a solid, round, mobile and pedunculated mass (measuring 3 × 4 cm) arising from the left ventricular septum (
