Zusammenfassung

Dargestellt wird das Spektrum intrathorakaler und intraabdominaler kongenitaler Fehlbildungen. Neben der Zusammenstellung epidemiologischer Zusammenhänge, pränataler sono-/dopplermorphologischer und echokardiographischer Charakteristika, pathogenetischer (Hypo-)thesen und der Berücksichtigung möglicher assoziierter Syndrome bzw. Anomalien und Komorbiditäten werden prä- und postnatale Therapieoptionen diskutiert.
