Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has emerged as a boon for the management of pancreaticobiliary diseases. However, it can cause various complications such as pancreatitis, bleeding, cholangitis and perforation [
1]. Biliary tract diseases are relatively common in pregnancy. ERCP remains the standard of care in the management of pancreaticobiliary diseases even in pregnancy, but ERCP-related complications may pose a greater threat in pregnancy. Studies emphasizing the safety and utility of ERCP during pregnancy are limited. To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest data on ERCP during pregnancy in India. …
