Neue Therapieoptionen bei osteoporotischen Frakturen

Zusammenfassung

Nach dem 30. Lebensjahr setzt beim Menschen der Knochenschwund ein. Ihm mit einer Basistherapie Einhalt zu gebieten, ist erst ab einem T-Wert < -1,0, einer Fraktur, einer Sturzgefährdung und einer Glukokortikoidtherapie, die länger als drei Monate andauert, leitliniengerecht. Daher sind osteoporotische Frakturen heute leider immer noch häufig.
