Die Therapie von Frauen mit Endometriumkarzinom

Zusammenfassung

Endometriumkarzinome sind die häufigsten gynäkologischen Malignome, wobei rund 80% in frühen Stadien entdeckt werden. Die wichtigsten Prognosefaktoren sind das Tumorstadium, das histologische Grading und die Tiefe der Tumorinfiltration im Myometrium. Die Indikation für eine postoperative adjuvante Strahlentherapie (als vaginale Brachytherapie allein oder in Kombination mit einer perkutanen Bestrahlung) ist abhängig von den Risikofaktoren und der Operation. Die Rolle einer zusätzlichen systemischen Therapie bedarf weiterer Untersuchungen.
