Zusammenfassung

„Dr. Marid war ein erfahrener Assistenzarzt und stand kurz vor der Facharztprüfung. Derzeit war er in der Urologie eingeteilt. Im Einleitungsraum angekommen, begrüßte er Fachkrankenpfleger Ole und wandte sich dann an den Patienten Herrn Schlot. Bei Herrn Schlot war eine roboterassistierte laparoskopische Prostatektomie geplant. Im Klinikjargon wurde der Eingriff nach dem Hersteller des Operationsroboters als Da-Vinci-Prostatektomie bezeichnet…“ – Was ist das Besondere an Da-Vinci-Operationen? Soll ein Neuromonitoring durchgeführt werden? Herr Schlot entwickelt eine ausgeprägte Azidose. Wie hatte es dazu kommen können? Und welche Therapie muss jetzt durchgeführt werden?
