Spontaner Liquorverlust ist selten, kann aber schwerwiegende Folgen haben. Deshalb ist es wichtig, ihn frühzeitig zu erkennen und therapeutische Maßnahmen einzuleiten. Gerade bei adipösen Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter sollte auch an eine idiopathische intrakranielle Hypertonie als Ursache gedacht werden. Denn diese erhöht das Rezidivrisiko deutlich und muss interdisziplinär adressiert werden. …
