Die Therapie der obstruktiven Schlafapnoe ist in der Regel auf eine lange Zeit angelegt - ihr Erfolg steht und fällt damit, dass die Patienten bei der Stange bleiben. Eine nutzenorientierte und patientenzentrierte Versorgung bezieht die Präferenzen der Patienten mit ein und überprüft mit geeigneten Instrumenten, wie sich der Effekt der Therapie aus Patientenperspektive darstellt.
