Zusammenfassung

Im Vordergrund des dermatoskopischen Bildes granulomatöser Dermatosen steht die Symptomentrias: typische Gefäßanordnung (kranzartig, netzförmig, radiär zentripetal), unstrukturierte »apfelgeleefarbene« Areale (Epitheloidzellgranulome) und weißliche Nekrosezonen. Bei papulösen und papillomatösen Läsionen überschreiten Papillengefäße die anatomisch vorgegebenen Grenzen des Papillarkörpers nicht.
