As the years go by we have seen an explosion in technological advances. Just in radiology, in the span of 40 years we have seen a transition from traditional film to digital radiographs and a marked increase in the use of CT and MRI. With this technological leap has come an interest in applying new technologies to education. PowerPoint has replaced traditional slide projectors and brought the ability to play cine clips. Then came websites such as Radiopaedia and STATdx, which gave learners encyclopedic volumes of knowledge at their fingertips.
