Analyse der Beingeometrie bei komplexen Beindeformitäten

Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel soll einen Überblick über die Grundlagen der Deformitätenanalyse der unteren Extremität in allen Raumebenen geben. Insbesondere bei komplexen Deformitäten ist die gesamte Betrachtung und Beurteilung von entscheidender Bedeutung. Unterschiedliche geometrische Überlegungen und Definitionen bieten die Basis für die Planung. Messmethoden in der koronaren, sagittalen und axialen Ebene werden dargestellt und beschrieben.
