In a retrospective observational study involving 105 patients, a patient [age and sex not sated] was described, who developed skin irritation following treatment with betamethasone dipropionate/calcipotriol for plaque psoriasis. The patient had been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis and started receiving topical betamethasone dipropionate/calcipotriol 0.064%/0.005% foam [dosage not stated]. The patient subsequently developed skin irritation of knee and palms/soles. The patient discontinued the treatment [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated] and started receiving an emollient to treat the irritation. …
