In a cross-sectional prospective, clinical and laboratory investigational study consisting of 44 patients, four patients (including one male and one female) were described, who developed gross haematuria, nocturia, urinary frequency or urinary incontinence following treatment with cyclophosphamide for pemphigus. Out of these four patients, one patient also developed leucopenia, macrocytic anaemia, deranged prothrombin time and deranged differential count secondary to gross haematuria [ages not stated; not all sexes stated; not all routes, duration of treatments to reaction onsets and outcomes stated]. …
