A 36-year-old woman developed gastrointestinal symptoms following treatment with dactinomycin [actinomycin D] and fluorouracil [5-fluorouracil]. The woman, who was diagnosed with caesarean scar choriocarcinoma, started receiving treatment with fluorouracil 28 mg/kg and dactinomycin 6 µg/kg for 8 days [routes not stated].
