Zusammenfassung

Habituelle Aborte (RSA) sind von der WHO definiert als 3 oder mehr konsekutive spontane Fehlgeburten vor der 22. SSW und betreffen ca. 1–3 % aller Paare im reproduktionsfähigen Alter. Eine Reihe an Risikofaktoren wie genetische Auffälligkeiten, Veränderungen in der Hämostase und anatomische Ursachen sind im Rahmen der Abklärung etabliert. Trotz intensiver Diagnostik bleibt bei fast 50 % der Patientinnen die Ursache ungeklärt. Die Behandlung von Paaren mit habituellen Aborten stellt für jeden Frauenarzt eine besondere Herausforderung dar und bedarf einer intensiven Betreuung. Das Kapitel fasst die Ursachen und therapeutischen Möglichkeiten zusammen und orientiert sich an den Empfehlungen der nationalen und internationalen Leitlinien.

Laser- und Lichtbehandlungen können bei Frauen mit polyzystischem Ovarialsyndrom (PCOS) den übermäßigen Haarwuchs verringern und das Wohlbefinden verbessern – bei alleiniger Anwendung oder in Kombination mit Medikamenten.

ICI-Therapie in der Schwangerschaft wird gut toleriert

Müssen sich Schwangere einer Krebstherapie unterziehen, rufen Immuncheckpointinhibitoren offenbar nicht mehr unerwünschte Wirkungen hervor als andere Mittel gegen Krebs.

Weniger postpartale Depressionen nach Esketamin-Einmalgabe

Bislang gibt es kein Medikament zur Prävention von Wochenbettdepressionen. Das Injektionsanästhetikum Esketamin könnte womöglich diese Lücke füllen.
