Die Beckenexenteration ist eine radikale und komplexe Form der Tumorresektion. Sie wird in der Regel notwendig, wenn Tumoren des Rektums, des Anus, des Uterus oder der Ovarien ihre Organgrenzen überschritten haben und infiltrierend in die Nachbarorgane eingewachsen sind. Am häufigsten wird die dorsale Exenteration bei gynäkologischen Patientinnen notwendig, wenn ein primäres Zervixkarzinom nach Strahlentherapie persistiert, ein Rezidiv eingetreten ist und Nachbarorgane infiltriert sind [3]. Ovarialkarzinome können auch bei primär fortgeschrittenem Befall mit Rektum- und Sakruminfiltration eine dorsale Beckenexenteration erfordern. …
