A 46-year-old man started receiving imatinib 400 mg/m2 daily for dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans [route of administration not stated]. After 8 weeks, he developed facial oedema mainly on his peri-ocular area. At the next follow-up, he had depigmentation around some nevi on his back [time to reaction onset not stated]. In a few weeks, he had diffuse halo nevi. After 9 months, imatinib was discontinued as his tumour had became surgically treatable. His oedema resolved, but at latest follow-up, 3 months after imatinib cessation, his halo nevi persisted. …
