Zusammenfassung

Kutane Nebenwirkungen sind bei Kinaseinhibitoren häufig. Diese oralen Medikamente zur Inhibition von Signaltransduktionsmolekülen hemmen insbesondere den MAP-Kinase-Signalweg. Am häufigsten sind makulopapulöse Exantheme und akneiforme Exantheme, die lange persistieren können. Die Behandlung dieser Exantheme ist für die Fortführung der Tumortherapie wichtig. Weiterhin kommt es häufig zu Xerosis und Pruritus. Einige dieser Medikamente führen zu Hand- und Fußsyndrom, zu Haarveränderungen, zu Paronychien und zum Auftreten von Keratoakanthomen und Plattenepithelkarzinomen. Für die Behandlung sollten Dermatologen hinzugezogen werden. Für die Therapie werden hauptsächlich systemisch Tetrazykline, Retinoide oder Glukokortikoide und lokal Desinfizienzien, Glukokortikoide und Calcineurininhibitoren empfohlen.
