Zusammenfassung

Chronische Sprunggelenkinstabilitäten erfordern oft eine operative Versorgung. Bei den Behandlungsmethoden werden nichtanatomische Tenodesen, anatomische Rekonstruktionen und direkte Reparaturen unterschieden. Neben den offenen Vorgehensweisen etablieren sich zunehmend arthroskopische Techniken. In diesem Beitrag werden die verschiedenen operativen Therapieverfahren dargestellt und deren Vor- und Nachteile sowie insbesondere die arthroskopische Durchführbarkeit beleuchtet.
