An adult man [exact age at reaction onset not stated] developed cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, fungal encephalitis, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive Hodgkin lymphoma IIIA and gancyclovir-resistant cytomegalovirus reactivation following immunosuppressive therapy with unspecified steroids, prednisone, ciclosporin, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil and methylprednisolone. Subsequently, he exhibited deterioration of the renal function following chemotherapy with rituximab, doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine and dacarbazine for EBV-positive Hodgkin lymphoma IIIA. He also developed staphylococcal sepsis, CMV reactivation, labial herpes simplex, Staphylococcus haemolyticus infection, bilateral lobar pneumonia and aortic valve infective endocarditis following immunosuppressive therapy with leflunomide, ciclosporin and prednisone [routes not stated; not all dosages, time to reactions onsets and outcomes stated]. …
