Zusammenfassung

Magnetresonanz(MR)-Arthrographien sind sensitive Untersuchungstechniken. Bei uns im Institut sind MR-Arthrographien der Schulter die Mehrheit (57 %), gefolgt von Hand- (24 %) und Hüftgelenken (16 %). Insbesondere zur Darstellung von Sehnenpartialrupturen des Schultergelenks sind sie nativen MRT(MR-Tomographie)-Untersuchungen überlegen. Sie sind jedoch auch invasiver, mit mehr Zeitaufwand verbunden und unangenehmer für Patienten. Dieser Artikel bietet eine Übersicht über Indikationen, Risiken und Kontraindikationen einer Arthrographie, erläutert Punktionstechniken der einzelnen Gelenke und illustriert mögliche „pitfalls“.
