In jeder Hausarztpraxis gibt es viele Ältere, die durch chronische muskuloskelettale Schmerzen in ihrer Funktionalität und Lebensqualität erheblich eingeschränkt sind, dies aber aus verschiedenen Gründen in der Sprechstunde nicht thematisieren. Um schwerwiegende Komplikationen zu vermeiden, ist jedoch ein frühzeitiger Einsatz pharmakologischer und nicht pharmakologischer Therapien notwendig. Dies setzt ein sorgfältiges individuelles Schmerzassessment voraus. …
