Acute myeloid leukemia with CBFA2T3::GLIS2 fusion which correlates immunophenotypically with acute megakaryoblastic leukemias and RAM immunophenotype (AML-RAM) is one of the new entities recognized by the recent WHO classification of hematopoietic malignancies under the category of
“acute myeloid leukemia with other defined genetic alterations”. Nevertheless, all the prior reported cases of AML-RAM exclusively belonged to pediatric population [
