30. Reanimationsregister als QM-Instrument

Zusammenfassung

Der plötzliche Herztod ist mit einer Inzidenz von ca. 120–180/100.000 Einwohner und Jahr ein epidemiologisch bedeutsames Ereignis und stellt eine besondere Herausforderung für den Notarzt und Rettungsdienst dar. Das Reanimationsregister der DGAI richtet sich an die verantwortlichen ärztlichen Leiter in der Notfallmedizin und bietet diesen ein umfassendes Werkzeug zum Qualitätsmanagement (QM). Die Überlebensraten nach Kollaps und Reanimation werden im Reanimationsregister differenziert – unter Nutzung eines Vorhersage-Scores, von Inzidenzen und prozentualen Raten – dargestellt, so dass jeder Verantwortliche im Notarzt- und Rettungsdienst eine Stärken- und Schwächenanalyse in seinem Verantwortungsbereich erstellen kann.
