A study described a woman [age not stated] who developed recurrent hypoglycaemia during treatment with sofosbuvir. She had a history of hepatitis C with end stage renal disease and decompensated liver cirrhosis. She was scheduled to receive sofosbuvir 200mg once daily [route not stated] for a duration of 24 weeks. She developed recurrence of hypoglycemia [time to reaction onset not stated]. She discontinued therapy at 20 weeks and her condition resolved. …
