Körperliche Aktivität wirkt sich bei Menschen mit Typ-1-Diabetes günstig auf zahlreiche Parameter aus. Doch viele Patienten scheuen den Sport aus Angst vor Hypoglykämien. Wie sind die Auswirkungen von Training auf den Blutzuckerspiegel zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten? Und gelten die Zusammenhänge für Frauen und Männer gleichermaßen?
