Zusammenfassung

Urtikaria ist eine häufige, entzündliche Dermatose, gekennzeichnet durch flüchtige, meist stark juckende Quaddeln, die durch Mastzellen vermittelt wird. Quaddelartige Hautläsionen können auch durch andere Hauterkrankungen ausgelöst werden. Insbesondere wenn die einzelne urtikarielle Hautläsion länger als 24 Stunden persistiert, im Verlauf Hyperpigmentierung, Schuppung oder Blasenbildung auftritt, kein Juckreiz besteht oder zusätzlich über Fieber oder Arthralgien berichtet wird, sind Differenzialdiagnosen zu bedenken. In diesen Fällen kann eine histologische Untersuchung und eine erweiterte serologische Diagnostik helfen, um andere Dermatosen, wie beispielsweise Vaskulitiden, blasenbildende Autoimmundermatosen, Arzneimittelreaktionen oder autoinflammatorische Syndrome, von der Urtikaria abzugrenzen. In diesem Artikel werden häufige Differenzialdiagnosen der Urtikaria zusammengefasst.
