A 21-year-old woman developed hallucinations and altered liver profile during treatment with voriconazole for Exophiala dermatitidis infection. The woman, who was diagnosed with Exophiala dermatitidis infection, started receiving treatment with oral voriconazole 300mg every 12 hours. Subsequently, she developed voriconazole-associated hallucinations and alteration in liver profile. Hence, her voriconazole dose was reduced to 100mg every 12 hours [duration of treatment to reactions onset and outcomes not stated]. …
