In a retrospective, observational study of adult patients treated in a Spanish tertiary university hospital of Spain, one patient [age and sex not stated] was described who developed hallucinations during treatment with voriconazole for fungal infection. The patient, who had unspecified fungal infection, started receiving treatment with voriconazole [route and dosage not stated]. Subsequently, the patient developed voriconazole related hallucinations [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated].
