The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the health authorities and governments worldwide to engage in a battle against the disease, adopting several mitigation strategies [
1]. Since then, the world population has been affected by various changes in its routines. Restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic are believed to have had an impact on adolescents' lifestyle (LS) [
