Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 48-jährigen Patientin mit einem BMI von 29 wird jetzt ein Prädiabetes festgestellt, und es stellt sich die Frage, ob sie weiter Selen einnehmen soll, das ihr wegen der Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis der naturheilkundlich orientierte Kollege verschrieben hatte. Sollte die Seleneinnahme weitergeführt oder beendet werden?
