Der isthmozervikale Bereich, in dem bei der Sectio caesarea üblicherweise die Uterotomie durchgeführt wird, ist dünner und enthält weniger Muskelfasern als das Myometrium im weiter kranialen Korpusbereich. Der Anteil an Muskelfasern ist im Bereich der Zervix noch geringer (10 %; [1]). …
