Lymphangiomas are rare benign neoplasms of the lymphatic system, commonly occurring in the paediatric age groups and display proclivity for the head and neck region. Uncommon sites include mediastinum, pleura, pericardium, groin, bones and the abdomen. Pancreatic lymphangiomas are exceedingly rare, amounting to less than 1% of all lymphangiomas and 0.2% of all pancreatic neoplasms [
