Verkettung prä- und perinataler Risiken

Zusammenfassung

Kindliche Notfälle im Kreißsaal fordern alle in der Geburtshilfe Tätigen in besonderer Weise heraus. So beginnt der Anspruch an eine situationsadaptierte pränatale Betreuung mitunter bereits lange vor der Geburt. Andererseits können kindliche Krisenereignisse im Kreißsaal das Erfordernis zeitnaher Diagnostik gefolgt von spezifischer Therapie bedeuten. Dabei gibt die Kenntnis zielgerichteter Managementalgorithmen auch in nicht alltäglichen geburtshilflichen Notfallsituationen Sicherheit. Konkret sind dies in, mitunter verhängnisvoller Verkettung die peripartale Asphyxie, Mekoniumaspiration, Anämie oder unmittelbar postnatal auftretende Erkrankungen/Gefahrenzustände. Im Zusammenhang mit derartig gravierenden prä- und perinatalen Risiken sind Fähigkeiten zu einer, der jeweiligen Notfallsituation angepassten Neugeborenenversorgung bis hin zur Neugeborenenreanimation essenziell. So lassen sich die Folgen kindlicher Komplikationen im Kreißsaal vermeiden oder zumindest mitigieren.
