Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über interdisziplinäre perioperative Strategien zur Optimierung der Patientencompliance im Rahmen des endoprothetischen Kniegelenkersatzes (Aufklärung, Schmerzreduktion, Belastungsaufbau, Thromboseprophylaxe, sportliche Belastbarkeit nach dem Eingriff). Es wird einer sinnvolle Kombination physikalischer, bewegungstherapeutischer und ergotherapeutischer Maßnahmen im Zuge der frühen postoperativen Rehabilitation nach Kniegelenksersatz dargestellt. Außerdem werden ökonomische Nachbehandlungsmodule bei Knie-TEP geschildert.
