Die Achsverhältnisse der unteren Extremität haben einen starken Einfluss auf die Druckverteilung im Kniegelenk und somit auch auf die Belastung des Knorpels. Seit die kniegelenknahe Osteotomie im Jahr 1965 zur Therapie einer unikompartimentellen Arthrose eingeführt wurde, hat sich einiges getan: Heute wird sie auch regelhaft additiv bei knorpelregenerativen Maßnahmen, komplexen Meniskuseingriffen und Bandinstabilitäten eingesetzt. …
