The case report highlights the progression of Meniere’s disease to the opposite which is called as Metachronic Meniere’s disease and how the quality of life is affected. The chief complaints reported by the patient in the early stage is ear blockage, reduced hearing sensitivity, giddiness which was lasting 5–30 min, and tinnitus (buzzing) in the right ear and with no complaints in the other ear as days passed the patients other ear also started to get affected. A comprehensive audio vestibular evaluation and radiological tests, were conducted. The results of these investigations collectively led to the diagnosis of Meniere’s disease, primarily affecting the right ear and in the further evaluation it was confirmed that the other ear has also started developing Meniere’s disease.
