Zusammenfassung

Seit dem Ende des letzten Jahrhunderts wird bei therapieresistentem Multiple-Sklerose(MS)-Tremor durch läsionelle und stimulative Verfahren ein individueller Heilversuch unternommen. Oft zeigt sich eine kurz bis mittelfristig signifikante Tremorreduktion ohne eine regelhafte Verbesserung der Alltagsfunktion. Selten zeigt sich jedoch ein deutliches funktionelles sowie langfristiges Ansprechen des Tremors bei MS-Patienten.
