A 17-year-old male was admitted to the emergency department after a high kinetic road accident. He had no personal medical history but a history of arterial hypertension on both sides of his family. This accident resulted in T6, right clavicle, and posterior 6th and 7th costal arc fractures, and a stage 2 acromioclavicular disjunction. Contrast-enhanced CT-scan ruled out any vascular complications including on renal arteries. It showed a small non-compressive right hemopneumothorax. Treatment consisted in a thoracic corset and a sling. …
