Zusammenfassung

Ösophageale Motilitätsstörungen können in allen Altersgruppen auftreten. Die Leitsymptome sind Dysphagie, Regurgitation bzw. Brustschmerzen. Eine sorgfältige Anamnese gefolgt von einer Auswahl an zielführenden diagnostischen Untersuchungen führt zur sicheren Diagnose, die dann entsprechend therapiert werden kann. Die High-resolution-Manometrie (HRM), die Videokinematographie, die Endoluminal-functional-lumen-imaging-probe(EndoFlip)-Technik bzw. die 24 h Manometrie (auch in Kombination mit der Impedanzmessung) ermöglichen eine weitere Differenzierung der hyper- bzw. hypomotilen Störungen. Dieser Artikel gibt einen Überblick über Diagnostik, Krankheitsbilder und Therapieoptionen bei Ösophagusmotilitätsstörungen.
