The recent passing of Dr Bernie O’Brien, both untimely and tragic, leaves a great void for those who shared in his profession and for those who knew him as a friend. Highly regarded by those who had the privilege to work with him, he is remembered not only for his intelligence and expertise, but also for his openness, enthusiasm and dedicated pursuit of excellence.
