This patient, employed in the construction sector, was hit in the back by a falling high-voltage cable. He grabbed it, tried to throw it away, and then passed out. Luckily, the power was cut in time, enabling his colleagues to come to his rescue. A few days after admission to the hospital, clinicians suspected osteomyelitis in the right scapula and requested a bone scan.-
