We read with great interest the article by Yoon et al. [
1] on the comparison of diagnostic sensitivity between fine-needle aspiration (FNA) and core-needle biopsy (CNB) for thyroid nodules. The study by Yoon et al. [
1] reported that there were no significant differences in diagnostic sensitivities for nodules ≥10 mm, which is a different result from that of a recent study [
