Until 2021 in Israel there was no experience of organizing a full-fledged home hospitalisation in psychiatry. The Israeli medical system is built on the example of the Bismarck model with elements of Beveridge, so there are 4 health insurance funds that must provide all of health care services and our company began the first pilot project with the health insurance fund in January 2021. In this paper, the authors would like to share their accumulated experience in the treatment of 600 acute psychiatric cases and comprehend them from the point of view of administration model in the local health system. …
