Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS, OMIM#142690) is a chronic, severe inflammatory skin disease [
1]. It is characterized by the presence of double-ended comedones, subcutaneous nodules, sinus tracts, fibrotic scars, and dermal contractures in the apocrine gland-bearing body areas such as axillae, inguinal, perianal, and inframammary regions [
