Zusammenfassung

Die Pathologien (kinderorthopädische Erkrankungen, traumatologische Erkrankungen, Entzündungen etc.) der unteren Extremität sind in diesem Kapitel nach 4 Abschnitten (Hüfte und Oberschenkel, Knie, Unterschenkel und Sprunggelenk, Fuß) unterteilt. Allen Abschnitten ist einführend ein kurzer Abschnitt zur funktionellen Anatomie, klinischen Untersuchung und Bildgebung gemein. Abschließend ist ein Abschnitt der Amputation und Prothetik sowie Begutachtung gewidmet.
