Die Psoriasis zählt mit einer Inzidenz von circa 2 % zu den häufigsten chronisch-entzündlichen Dermatosen in Europa. Im letzten Jahrzehnt wurden zahlreiche neue Medikamente zugelassen, die das Management der Erkrankung deutlich verbessert haben und den Verlauf positiv beeinflussen können. Zwischen den verschiedenen Lokal- und Systemtherapeutika wird es allerdings zunehmend schwieriger, das richtige Behandlungsregime auszuwählen. Verschiedene Faktoren wie die Krankheitsschwere, Begleiterkrankungen sowie nicht zuletzt die Präferenzen der Betroffenen selbst sind dabei entscheidend. …
