Burn injuries contribute to a significant global burden, with 180,000 deaths annually reported by the World Health Organization [
1]. The economic burden of burn treatment is particularly challenging in low-resource settings, as severe burns can lead to complications and decreased quality of life. Tilapia fish skin offers a cost-effective solution for wound dressings, as it is inexpensive and readily available [
